Tragic Death in Essex: Elise Mason Identified
Essex Police have named the victim as 37-year-old Elise Mason. Officers were called to a Rothmans Avenue address just before 5.10am on Wednesday 26 April, where Elise was found unresponsive inside.
Despite frantic efforts by paramedics, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Family in Mourning
“I have not only lost my Daughter, but I have lost my best friend too,” her heartbroken mum said.
“Elise was a fantastic mother to her children and she was loved by everybody.
“Please respect our privacy at this time.”
Man Charged with Murder
Mark Donovan, 38, from Rothmans Avenue, has been charged with Elise’s murder. He appeared at chelmsford/" title="Chelmsford" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Friday 28 April and is due back at Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday 2 May.
