A 25-year-old from Basingstoke has been hit with a serious firearm offence. Simon Tustain, of Penny Black Lane, faces charges for possessing a firearm without a certificate, breaking Section 1 of the Firearms Act 1968.

Counter Terrorism Police Lead the Investigation

Tustain was arrested on Wednesday (September 8) as part of a probe led by Counter Terrorism Policing South East. The case highlights growing concern over illegal firearms in the region.
