Teen Charged with Murder After Wembley Stabbing
Joshua Oladele, 19, from Wyld Way, Wembley, has been charged with the murder of 25-year-old Hamza Iqbal. Oladele also faces a charge of possessing an offensive weapon. He appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 2, and has been remanded in custody. His next hearing is set for Wednesday, October 4, at the Old Bailey.
Fatal Attack in Olympic Way
The charges follow a stabbing incident on Sunday, September 24, just after 11pm on Olympic Way, Wembley. Police and the London Ambulance Service rushed to the scene. They found Hamza Iqbal with serious chest injuries. Despite their efforts to save him, he died shortly after arriving at hospital.

- Two 19-year-old men arrested on suspicion of murder remain bailed until December.
- A 19-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman were also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. They too are bailed pending further inquiries.
