‘Rico’ County Line Drug Kingpin Locked Up for Four Years
A notorious drug dealer behind the infamous ‘Rico’ County Line has finally been slammed with a prison sentence. Sidnei Sa, 27, was caught running a major crack cocaine and heroin ring across Great Yarmouth and Norwich.
Fatal Overdose Leads Police to Sa
Sa’s downfall came after a tragic woman’s suspected drug overdose on 18 January 2026. Norfolk Police launched a crack investigation, tracing the victim’s phone contacts back to the deadly Rico drugs network – and straight to Sa.
He faced Norwich Crown Court on Monday, 23 February 2026, where he admitted multiple charges linked to the supply network. The judge sentenced him to four years behind bars.
Desperate Escape Attempt Fails
On 20 January, Sa tried to dodge the law by leaping out of a first-floor window. But cops were hot on his heels and quickly caught him.
He now faces six charges, including:
- Supplying heroin between 7 and 21 January 2026
- Assaulting a police officer
- Possession of cannabis and diamorphine
- Possession of £1,178.14 suspected as criminal property
- Supplying crack cocaine
Sa’s sentence sends a stark warning to drug dealers poisoning Norfolk’s streets. Justice has caught up with the dangerous ‘Rico’ network.
