First Image of Mum-of-Three As Man Charged With Her Murder in Perivale
The heartbreaking first image of Ana Maria Murariu, a 45-year-old mother of three, has surfaced following her tragic death at a Perivale home last week.
Her partner, 50-year-old Mugurel Nica, has been charged with her murder. He appeared in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 3 March.
Emergency Services Rush to Jubilee Road
On Friday, 28 February, police were called to a property on Jubilee Road after reports of a disturbance. Officers arrived alongside the London Ambulance Service.
Despite desperate efforts, Ana Maria was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation Underway
A special post-mortem examination will soon determine the cause of death.
“We are continuing to support Ana Maria’s family at this difficult time, and our thoughts remain with them,” said Detective Inspector Richard Kempshall from Specialist Crime.
“We are not actively seeking anyone else in connection with this investigation.”
Court Proceedings & Next Steps
Mugurel Nica was charged with murder on Saturday, 1 March. He is expected to appear at the Central Criminal Court in London later this week.
