Kent Police were called to the scene at 11:31 pm, finding Sammy with a stab wound. Despite urgent efforts by emergency services, he was pronounced dead on site. His untimely death has devastated family and friends.

Friend Josie Rossiter opened up about her heartbreak: “I have known him for around five months and he was truly the best person I met. He was so funny, always laughing, and had a big heart. His heart was full of gold. It still feels like a bad dream.”

Two Men Charged After Murder Investigation

- Kemal Ibrahim, 24, from Canterbury – charged with murder, possession of a bladed weapon, and assault causing actual bodily harm
- Mohammed Hgar, 31, no fixed address – charged with murder and possession of a bladed weapon in public
Both appeared at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Monday. The other two men remain on bail as investigations continue.
