Four Men Nabbed in Major Class A Drug Bust Across London and Home Counties

Four men have been charged following a major crackdown on Class A drug supply in London and the Home Counties. The operation, codenamed Operation Dextran, targeted dealers peddling heroin and cocaine.

Who’s Charged?

  • Vincent Ojo, 30 from Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, Essex, faces charges of possession with intent to supply heroin.
  • Ben Jones, 44 of Knowsley Road, Norwich, Norfolk, is charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine.
  • Ashley Wiltshire, 41 from Uplands Way, Enfield, is charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine and possession of criminal property.
  • Liam Biles, 32 of John Eliot Close, Waltham Abbey, Essex, faces possession of criminal property charges.

Swift Justice Follows Arrests

All four men were arrested on Thursday, 28 May and charged the very next day. They appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 30 May.

Three suspects were remanded in custody and will face Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday, 29 June. The fourth man was released on bail but must also attend the same hearing.
