A 59-year-old man from Hove has admitted to sexually assaulting multiple women across Brighton and Hove, a court heard today.
Fattah Derrahi Admits Nine Sexual Assault Charges
Fattah Derrahi, from Farm Road, Hove, pleaded guilty to nine counts of sexual assault at Lewes Crown Court. The attacks took place over time, often targeting women out in public – many of whom were exercising or had just finished their workout.
Police Investigation and Arrest
Sussex Police launched a probe after victims came forward with reports. A public appeal helped identify Derrahi, who was quickly arrested. Now he awaits sentencing, having been remanded in custody.

“Detectives thank the victims for their courage in coming forward and assure the public that all reports of sexual offending will be taken seriously,” said Sussex Police.
