TikTok Star Harrison Sullivan Dodges Jail After McLaren Crash and Year on the Run
TikTok sensation Harrison Sullivan, aka HSTikkyTokky, has escaped prison despite a high-speed crash and nearly a year fleeing the law. The 24-year-old caused a stir after smashing a McLaren in Virginia Water and skipping court – before globe-trotting on social media from spots like Qatar and Dubai.
From Court No-Show to International Fugitive
Sullivan pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without insurance following the crash last March. But he went underground in November 2024, dodging his court date and posting carefree snaps worldwide, including Thailand and Spain. It wasn’t until October 2025 that police finally caught up with him.
Suspended Sentence, Driving Ban, and Harsh Penalties
At Staines Magistrates’ Court, Sullivan received a 12-month jail sentence – suspended for two years. He’s banned from driving for two years and must complete 300 hours of unpaid work. Plus, he faces a three-month curfew monitored electronically.
He’ll also undertake a 30-day rehab programme and must pass an extended driving test once his ban lifts.
The judge slammed Sullivan for a “deliberate decision to ignore the rules of the road,” but refused to ramp up his sentence just to set an example for his huge social media following.
‘Ashamed’ TikTok Star Faces Massive Legal Costs
In a letter to the court, Harrison admitted feeling “ashamed” and recognised the risks his reckless behaviour could inspire among fans. “Spreading a positive message and helping people less fortunate than myself, that’s what makes me the happiest,” he said.
A new hearing is scheduled for January to decide how much Sullivan must pay Surrey Police and the Crown Prosecution Service for the international manhunt. Prosecutors want him to stump up £18,049.47 for a chartered flight that brought him back to the UK.
