Man Charged with Attempted Murder After Leeds Shooting
A 25-year-old man from West Yorkshire has been slapped with attempted murder and firearm possession charges following a shooting in Leeds.
Shooting Rocks Burley Road
Patson Mafaune, of Servia Drive, faced Leeds Magistrates’ Court on Saturday. The case stems from a gunfire incident on Burley Road last Thursday at around 5.10pm. A vehicle was hit, but thankfully, no one was hurt.
Multiple Arrests in Wake of Incident
- Another 25-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in custody.
- A 23-year-old man connected to the shooting was arrested but has since been released on police bail.
