A 27-year-old man has been charged with the murder of 28-year-old Dylan Fitzpatrick at Tamworth railway station last Sunday.
Suspect Arrested: Murder and Dangerous Driving Charges
British Transport Police have named Jack Simper, from Hazeldene Road, Birmingham, as the accused. Simper faces murder, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance charges.
He is due to appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on 11 March.
Tragic Night at Tamworth Station
- Police responded at around 2.40am to reports of an unresponsive man in the Tamworth railway station car park.
- Paramedics found Dylan Fitzpatrick with severe injuries, consistent with being hit by a vehicle.
- Despite life-saving attempts, Dylan sadly died at the scene.
Dylan was a Birmingham local, just 28 years old.
