Salisbury Man Busted on Assault and Dangerous Driving Charges

Mark Day, 37, from Coberley Drive, Salisbury, has been hit with multiple charges after a city incident. He appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court today and was remanded in custody.

“This was excellent teamwork which involved multiple departments, including the neighbourhood policing team, CID, the dogs unit, and a police helicopter. I’d also like to thank the members of the public who called in about this incident – their support was invaluable,” said Detective Sergeant Nugent of South CID.

Mark Day remains in custody as the investigation continues. Further court appearances are expected in the coming weeks.
