Man in Custody After Fatal Incident

A 20-year-old man from Tower Hamlets has been charged with murder following the death of a 79-year-old in Newham. Philip Fracezek appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 17, initially charged with attempted murder. He was remanded in custody and is set to appear at the Old Bailey on Friday, June 14.

Victim Succumbed to Injuries

The incident took place on Wednesday, May 15. The elderly victim suffered serious injuries at an address on 123 [street name missing], later dying due to these injuries.
