Man Charged Over Haringey Flat Murder
Detectives have charged a man over the murder of Marvin Dickson, whose body was found in a Moselle Avenue flat, Haringey.
Grim Discovery on Moselle Avenue
Police were called to the flat at around 9:45pm on Friday, 20 September, after concerns were raised for the occupant’s welfare. Officers forced entry and discovered Marvin, aged 40, deceased inside. His family has been informed and is receiving specialist support.
Blunt Force Trauma Confirmed as Cause of Death
A post-mortem on Sunday, 22 September, revealed Marvin died from blunt force trauma.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
On Sunday, 22 September, 36-year-old Dante Forrest from Moselle Avenue was arrested in Edmonton on suspicion of murder. He was charged on Wednesday, 25 September, and will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 26 September.
