Banbury Man Jailed for Knife in Police Station and Court Order Breach

Mastazher Hussain, 32, from Banbury, has been locked up after being caught carrying a kitchen knife inside Banbury Police Station. Oxford Crown Court sentenced him on December 5 for this shocking offence.

Breaching Suspended Sentence Sees Him Get Even More Time

Hussain’s troubles didn’t end there. He breached a suspended sentence order from May, related to a violent assault on a woman in Banbury back in August 2021. This breach landed him extra jail time.

Jail Time Totals 28 Months – Knife to Be Destroyed

  • 8 months for knife possession
  • 20 months consecutive for breaching the suspended sentence

The court also ordered the immediate destruction of the kitchen knife used in the offence.
