Soho Man Skips Sentencing for Train Assault

Mark Anthony Kelly, 34, from Soho, Birmingham, is on the run. He failed to show up at Mold Crown Court for sentencing over a serious assault on a train arriving at Holyhead railway station in North Wales on 26 March 2020.

Kelly pleaded guilty but vanished before facing justice.

Officers have tried everything to locate Kelly but hit dead ends. He is believed to still be local to Soho, Birmingham.
