A 15-year-old has been locked up and is set to appear at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning. This follows a savage assault at a garage on Morrison Road in the early hours of Sunday.
Man Fatally Attacked at Petrol Station
The victim, 40-year-old Thomas Mallaby, was rushed to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary after being seriously attacked at 2:40am. Tragically, he died from his injuries on Tuesday afternoon (September 28).
