West Kent Burglar Busted at Heathrow!
Detectives have nailed Victor Herrera, 46, in a major breakthrough over a string of burglaries across West Kent earlier this year. Herrera was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Friday, October 25, and charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries in several Kent spots including Penshurst, Otford, Knockholt, and Chipstead.
Jewellery and Tech Stolen in March Heists
The thefts, which rocked residential areas on March 1, 2024, saw high-value jewellery and computer equipment ripped off. But the charges don’t stop in Kent — Herrera also faces allegations over a burglary in Bristol, Somerset.
Court Appearance and Ongoing Probe
With no fixed address to call home, Herrera was remanded in custody and appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, October 28, 2024. Police say the investigation is still ongoing as they hunt for more evidence in this multi-location crime spree.
