Second Operation Yields More Arrests
Meanwhile, police raided a property near Delce Road, Rochester. A man and a woman were detained as officers seized a large bag stuffed with crack cocaine and suspected heroin. Lisa Jarvis, 54, and Denne Stephenson, 60, both from St Peter Street, have been charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
