66-Year-Old Arrested in Historic Abuse Probe
Kevin Swaisland, 66, from Childs Crescent, Swanscombe, faces multiple charges linked to child sex offences stretching from the 1970s to the early 2000s. Kent Police arrested him on 15 May after a lengthy, detailed investigation uncovered claims of abuse involving several victims.
Swaisland has been charged with sexual assault and taking indecent photographs of children, shaking the local community to its core.
Court Hearings Begin as Suspect Remanded
Swaisland appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 17 May, where he was remanded in custody. His next court date is set for Friday, 13 June at Woolwich Crown Court as the grim case moves forward.
