13 Charged After Daytime Cemetery Brawl in Swansea
Police swooped on Morriston Cemetery in Swansea after a shocking outbreak of violence on August 5 at around 3pm. Armed officers and a police helicopter raced to the scene following reports of a chaotic fight.

The brutal clash left two men seriously hurt. Thirteen men, all known to each other, have now been charged with violent disorder and possession of weapons.
Police Vow Zero Tolerance for Cemetery Violence
“This was an absolutely appalling incident that would have terrified those in the cemetery in the middle of the day,” said Detective Chief Inspector Owens from South Wales Police.
“This type of criminal behaviour will not be tolerated in our communities, and anyone who commits these acts will face the consequences.”
The 13 accused are set to appear at Swansea Crown Court next month.
