Two Men Charged Over Shocking Greenhithe Kidnap and Sexual Assault
Two men have been charged following a serious sexual assault and kidnap in Greenhithe, Kent. The terrifying incident unfolded in the early hours of Friday, 21 March 2025, when a woman was taken against her will to a property and subjected to rape and other offences.
Charged and Remanded
Kent Police arrested the suspects on Thursday, 8 May, after extensive investigations. Both men have now been formally charged and remanded in custody ahead of their court appearance.

- Nana Boafo Ansah, 46, of Pearmain Close, Greenhithe. Charges include:
- Kidnap
- Rape
- Assault by penetration
- Sharing an intimate image without consent
- Stephen Antwi, 45, of Dunkirk Drive, Chatham. Charges include:
- Kidnap
- Rape
- Sharing an intimate image without consent
They are due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Saturday, 10 May.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Out
Detectives are still investigating and call on anyone with information—or who may have been a victim of similar offences—to come forward.
“We understand this is a distressing case and are working closely with the victim to provide support. We urge anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious or who has information that could assist our enquiries to contact us,” a Kent Police spokesperson said.
