Horror in Hornchurch: Woman, 40, Fatally Stabbed at Home
A 40-year-old woman was brutally stabbed to death in her Hornchurch home in the early hours of October 18. Agne Druskienea was found injured on Cranham Road just after 1am. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her family have been informed and are receiving specialist support.
Agne’s husband, 43-year-old Augustinas Druskis, also from Cranham Road, has been charged with her murder. He is set to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on October 20.
Greenwich Stabbing: Woman in 30s Attacked in Domestic Incident
Just hours later, another domestic stabbing rocked London. A woman in her 30s was attacked at her home on Reminder Lane, Greenwich. Police rushed to the scene shortly after 5.20pm following reports of a domestic dispute.
The woman suffered stab wounds and head injuries but was taken to hospital in a stable condition. Police confirm her injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Investigations are ongoing, and no arrests have been made so far.
